  • Once you are done designing your app and putting it together on your Admin Dashboard, you can select the ‘Publish’ button. From there, we will submit your app to the App Stores for you.

    Please note that you will require a Google Developer account € 25-lifetime fee and an Apple Developer Account of €99 Per Year. You must pay these fees. We offer support to help you create your developer accounts and gain access to the accounts to manage the publishing of your app.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, no more payments will be taken.

    If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to your Admin Dashboard, and your app will be removed from the App Stores. You will not be reimbursed for any part of your subscription that you do not use.

  • You will be able to avail of support on how to add features to your application. If you require help in designing your app, there is the option of paying a fee to design your app.

  • No. There are many plug-and-play features that you can add to your app through the Admin Dashboard. You can add content through an easy-to-use dashboard that has a live preview of your changes as it would look on your app.

  • With a Business Subscription, you will receive email support with a response or solution within 48 hours (Monday to Thursday), excluding public holidays.

    With an Enterprise Subscription, you will receive email support with a response or solution within 24 hours (Monday to Thursday), excluding public holidays. You can also arrange support calls to go through any issues.

  • Your subscription includes the ability to publish one app on Google Play and the Apple App Store. If you require a second app, this will require a second subscription to be started.

    If you have multiple apps, you can access them through a single dashboard by switching between each app.
